Patch Notes for the Undead Blocks Game Update v1.7.3 - March 16th, 2023

New Features:

• Granny Zombie

  • Added a new zombie, the granny zombie.

• Renting

  • Lend out your packs and earn money without an NFT! Or rent a pack and earn money passively. Check out Blumint and start renting today.

• End Match grants rewards

  • In case of any future issues, ending the match will now take the player to the end screen instead of the lobby, allowing the player to collect their earnings normally.

• Dr. Helper's cooldown notice

  • Dr. Helper has a cooldown period before it can be used again, and the vending machine will now reflect how long the player has before the perk can be used again.

Game Balance:

• Lower HP scaling

  • Zombies' health will scale much slower than before, allowing rounds to be much shorter.

• Zombie Range

  • Previously, the zombie attack hitbox did not cover their diagonals and sides very well. This has been adjusted, and zombies will now have a much easier time hitting you in the full area of their swing

• Zombie hit detection

  • Zombie’s attack will now detect the hit much earlier, meaning players

With these changes, the game should progress much faster, while also making the gameplay much more difficult. Be ready to change your tactics!

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a bug that caused the player’s hitbox to be smaller than intended

• Fixed an issue where the ZBOX spinning wheel showed the incorrect amount to what the player actually got

• Fixed an issue where zombies became immortal if grenades were used too much

• Other minor bug fixes

• Minor text updates

• Minor optimization updates

Map Updates:

• Updated parts of the map to stop players from getting into unintended locations

• Minor changes to areas where wall weapons would spawn

Currently Known Issues:

• End game balance

  • There is currently an issue causing the incorrect amount to be displayed on the end game screen. The correct amount should still be awarded to the player in the lobby and on the wagyu wallet.
