Macho Dew Perk
Macho Dew is a perk that doubles the HP of the player, from 100 to 200 HP. Be able to take some extra hits and keep fighting against the horde!
Dr. Helper Perk
Dr. Helper is a perk that has different uses depending on whether you’re playing solo or duos. In solo, Dr. Helper can bring you back from the dead once after being downed to 0 HP. Be ready though, because you will lose your perks and need to rebuy them after reviving! In duos, Dr. Helper instead decreases the time needed to revive another player who is downed. Quickly save your friends before the icy clutches of death gets them!
Downstate
Added a new downstate when reaching 0HP in duos (or solo if Dr. Helper is active) The player will be prone on the floor with only a pistol and can shoot zombies. Be prepared in duos, as you only have a limited time to be revived by another player before you’re gone for good! (Until the next round that is, but don’t think it will be as simple as being revived and ready to fight so easily!)
Revival
In Duos, when a player is in the downstate, another player can run up to them and revive them. Be warned this takes some time, even with Dr. Helper, so be sure you have time to get them without dying yourself! Your downed partner can use a trusty pistol to help out, but you may find this more difficult in later rounds
R870
Added the R870 shotgun. Blast away enemies with a shotgun that has more ammo but less damage than the double-barrel shotgun
Grenades
Grenades have been added! Throw one down and watch the zombies go boom. Grenades have high damage and a large blast area, but you can only hold so many and they aren’t easy to buy, so strategize the best times to use them
Wall Weapons
Wall weapons have replaced the weapon crate. Before there were a few weapons on the wall, but now all weapons are available! The location of a wall weapon can change every match, so get to explore, open up all those doors, and be on the hunt for the weapon of your choice
Improved character IK
The character IK has been upgraded, allowing for smoother movement and player body animation in both solo and duos
New End screen
The end screen after a game has been updated and will show the standard and gold zbux earned during the game
Balance Changes:
Removed weapon crate
As we have implemented Wall Weapons, the weapon crate will no longer be in the basement of the main house. Players are encouraged to explore and find their weapon of choice in each game.
Zombie damage +20
While the new zombie and map changes are being worked on, and a lot of the new features making the game easier, we have temporarily increased the damage of all zombies by an extra 20 HP. We hope to add a more dynamic difficulty later along with the aforementioned additions.
Bug Fixes:
Improved the zombie and player collider to avoid issues where players can easily push zombies
Fixed some cases where the player collider remained in duos after dying
Fixed text issues when buying weapons/perks
Fixed some bugs related to the player model when viewed by another player in duos
Fixed a possible crash that can happen upon reviving the next round
Fixed issues in duos where the gun flash/smoke does not appear in the correct area
Other minor bug fixes
Minor text updates
Minor optimization updates
Map Updates:
All areas opened
All doors on the map can now be opened! With the wall weapons, be sure to explore everything!
Removed garage door decal
Some graffiti on one of the garage doors has been removed due to the issues found when the garage door opens.
Object colliders
Some object colliders have been fixed and improved to avoid issues where bullets and grenades bounce off otherwise invisible spots
Currently Known Issues:
Default Revolver name
The basic revolver is currently named “Basic - Gray” instead of just “Basic” due to an issue with the metadata of Basic and Basic Gray skins. This will be fixed later.
RPG owners can temporarily buy grenades
While we finalize the RPG, players who own an RPG in their NFT loadout can instead buy grenades in VIP mode.
Skins Under Maintenance
There are several Weapon Skins that are currently under maintenance and will be fixed very soon. Look out for the warning in the Armory.
