Patch Notes for the Undead Blocks Game Update v1.6.1 - January 12th, 2023

New Features:

• Player revival

  • If a player has died in a round of duos and their teammate finishes the round, they will now revive at the start of the new round and be able to continue the fight

• Selectable Region

  • Players will now be able to select a region on the ‘Select Lobby Type’ screen.

  • Additionally, the auto-find region has been updated and improved if a region is not selected

• Confirm Quit Prompt

  • An extra prompt has been added in the pause menu when a player attempts to quit a match to avoid accidental quits of the match

• Hipster Hair

  • The Hipster zombie now has a new and improved hairstyle.

Balance Changes:

• Better Pausing

  • In solo, the pause menu is more responsive to freezing the game properly

• New Zombie HP formula

  • Zombies' HP will not scale up as much in later rounds, reducing the amount of time later rounds take.

  • Zombie attack speed has been increased to compensate for less health

• Updated zombie/player collision

  • The player and zombie have been updated to no longer allow zombies to move the player.

• Bug Fixes

  • Colliders have been fixed in areas to fix unintended areas being entered

  • Pathfinding has been improved to avoid zombies getting stuck

  • Various animation bugs have been fixed

  • Optimization fixes

  • Other various bug fixes
